Speed
Core Web Vitals on a real phone connection, not a lab score. What is slow, what is making it slow, and how much of it is worth fixing.
Search
Titles, headings, structured data, internal links, and whether Google can actually crawl and index the pages you care about.
Mobile
The site on the screen sizes your visitors use. Tap targets, overflow, anything that breaks between a desktop mockup and a phone.
Accessibility
Contrast, alt text, keyboard navigation, focus order and labels, against WCAG 2.2 AA. This is a legal question for a lot of NZ organisations now.

Yes. We do a handful of these a month. It is how we start most conversations, and it is a fair way to show what we would be like to work with before anyone spends money.
There is no catch and no obligation. We will tell you if we think we could help, once, at the end. If you take the findings to your current developer instead, that is a fine outcome.
A few working days. We do them by hand rather than emailing you a tool's PDF, so it is not instant.
No. We audit anything on the public web: WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, Silverstripe, or something custom. The checks are the same.
Only if the honest answer is that a rebuild is cheaper than the repairs, and we will show you the working. Most sites we look at need a handful of fixes, not a new site.
